Baby Proofing Your Home

Do you have a baby on the way, or one that is about to become mobile? This is an exciting time for parents, but there is so much to do prepare for your little bundle’s next adventure. Don’t stress! Baby Proof your home with these easy steps.

Cover any corners of tables, other furniture, or fireplaces. You may also need to rearrange some of your home decor. Keep plants out of the child’s reach, and move anything that a baby could knock over out of their way, or into another room.

Speaking of knocking things over, make sure to bolt all of the furniture in the nursery to the wall, or any room that the baby will be hanging out in. It is not uncommon for babies to climb on furniture, or get curious. Securing furniture is a must with a baby in the house.

If you are unable to secure every room in your house, don’t fret. Put up a baby gate to keep your little one in the area you’ve designated safe for them
